Vetiver Essential Oil

Vetiver is a grassy plant. Kalau orang kita panggil akan panggil rumput wangi/lalang. Kebanyakkan penternak haiwan seperti lembu/kambing bagi makan rumput vertiver sebab high yield berbanding rumput lain.

Oleh kerana rumput vetiver boleh handle any type of soil condition, Young Living telah mengeluarkan produk minyak pati vetiver melalui kaedah steam distillation of the plant's root. Ya, bahagian akarnya! Sebab tu bau minyak pati vetiver ni slightly sweet and earthy.

Kegunaan Minyak Pati Vetiver :

1) Banyak digunakan dalam produk skincare; membantu masalah jerawat, repair skin aging, tone and thighten liang pori dan kurangkan minyak berlebihan dari kulit.

2) Combine dengan carrier oil, gunakan sebagai minyak urut. Help relief from body pain and aches, naturally. Also widely used for women suffering in PMS. Just rub at any desired area.

The indigenous people of the Andes have been using palo santo for spiritual purification and energy cleansing for thousands of years, and it’s believed to have a lot of mystic properties too. For the mood, it’s warming and uplifting.

• Aromatherapy : Diffuse palo santo to ground, relax and calm the body, mind and spirit. Try adding few drops of lemon and a drop of peppermint to improve concentration.

• Steam inhalation : Add a few drops of Palo Santo oil to a bowl of hot water, cover the head and bowl with a towel and breathe for a for a minute and then repeat.

• Apply a few drops of Palo Santo to your temples, the nape of your neck, your heart, or the soles of your feet while meditating to ward off negative emotions.

• Blend Palo Santo oil with any massage oil to relax tension and strain in the body.

Caution : Do not use Palo Santo with small children, elders, people with epilepsy, pregnant and nursing women.

Aromatherapy. How it works?

Scents are molecules. When you inhale the smell, you are inhaling molecules that release into the air.

These molecules travel to the top of the nose where they get stuck tp your olfactory membrane, which contains highly specialize nerve endings callednolfactpry receptors.

Once these receptors recognize a particular scent molecules, they send a signal.to your olfactory bulb and your olfactory bulb sends signals to your cortex and limbic system.

Next, hormone and neurochemical are released. Different hormone and nerve chemicals create different reactions in the body.

That way scents can affect your body in comprehensive holistic way. Your emotions, hormonrs and healing responses are all influenced.

Note : The limbic system in the brain supports a variety of functions including emotion, behavior, motivation, long-term memory, and operates by influencing hormones and the autonomic nervous system. The autonomic nervous system regulates functions like heart rate, digestion, breathing, pupillary response, urination, and sexual arousal, and is the primary mechanism in control of the fight-or-flight response.
