Understanding your laser is extremely important! A laser can have the same wavelength but a different pulse duration can give u a totally different reaction.
The Dual Yellow is the most gentle vascular laser to work on melasma. At 22000 pulses per second, 3kw pulses, it converts to photochemical and effectively controls melasma. If you considering a solid-state laser, u might as well just use your ipl and not waste money, as the power with one blast, is too aggressive on melasma, and its a photothermal action, not a photo-chemical action.
