All that I've listed above took me ONE year to perfect them. So if you can't do it for the first time, it is OK. Being a foodie living in food paradise aka Malaysia 🇲🇾 (but very proud tho), controlling my food portion is very challenging for me. But with the right mindset hey, I did it!
When I am at a party, I'd take a little of everything because I am a foodie k... but when food were too good, I won't resist. 😂 I went for second helping.
I felt weird the first time I brought my vegetables in container to the hawker. My friend said I was extreme but I think they were crazy.
I have no time to prepare eggs, salad and toast in the morning. I used to eat nasi lemak, roti canai & kuih-muih for breakfast. But these protein shake are my breakfast on the go now.
