Mostly ramai yg ada masalah buncit selepas bersalin, terutamanya yg bersalin secara czer, tapi petua ni bukan utk yg lps bersalin jer, mana2 yg rasa buncit pun boleh try tau ;)
BAHAN :
------
1. Halia - (Lebih kurg besar ibu jari)
2. Halba - (3 sudu besar)
3. Lada Hitam - (Lebih kurg 15 butir)
4. Bawang Putih - (3 ulas)
5. Jamu Tun Teja
CARA :
----
Tumbuk halba sehingga lumat, then masukkan lada hitam pulak, lepas tu halia & last bawang putih. Tumbuk bahan tersebut sehingga lumat..
Selepas dah settle tumbuk, gentel bulat2 bahan2 td then keringkan lebih kurg 1/2 jam. Tak perlu jemur tempat yg panas k.. Okay dah siap 'RAMUAN' ajaib kita!
di dlm bekas yg bersih & kedap udara
adunan tahan lebih kurg 1 minggu
CARA MAKAN :

Makan 2-4 biji ikut ketahanan badan masing2
Sangat sesuai utk ibu yg bersalin czer sbb b*k angin dlm badan
