2026 April Training Day 1：Skin Management 基础建立

本次课程迎来了许多新面孔，也看到了熟悉的老朋友✨

很开心看到不少美容院老板娘，亲自带着新加入的美容师一起来参加培训课程 🤍 有的学员回来巩固与提升专业知识，也有新学员从 0 开始建立扎实基础。

在 Day 1，我们重点围绕 「skin management：Back to Basics」的理念，从基础出发，带大家重新认识肌肤结构与状态，建立正确的护肤逻辑与专业判断。

同时也让学员了解如何为顾客建立正确的日常护肤观念，让肌肤在日常中维持稳定与健康。

而本次 training 的另一重点「Crystal Match」系列，则属于专业美容项目，将在 Day 2 的 practical 实操课程中，深入教学与应用 ✨
