**No Refund Policy**

Cathy' D Investment follows a strict no refund policy for all products and services, and will not pay out or replace and products except if discussed with the CEO and is set out in a written agreement, otherwise, all sales are final. The client is advised once receiving a package of our products to check that:

1. It is what they have ordered, in terms of length, colour, and type
2. Meets the expectation and standard and is satisfactory, once this is confirmed with the client, no returns or refunds shall be issued
3. The client can request for an exchange of our products within 24hours, provided there has been an error from Cathy D Investment of colour, type, or length.
4. Should a client feel to return a product within 24 hours due to incorrect type, colour, and length, NO REFUNDS will be processed, but we will ensure a corrective service be offered at the same rate and value as your purchase

Cathy D Investment reserves the right to refuse service, refunds, or replacement to anyone who does not meet the above-mentioned terms
