Never Marry An Insecure Man!
An insecure man is intimidated by your uniqueness and accomplishments, hence, he will do everything in his power to make sure you don't rise to the fullest of your potential. He wants you to always depend on him for everything, even for the air you breathe.
An insecure man is extremely jealous, he thinks every man you are friends with, is sleeping with you.
He will accuse you of sleeping with every man that he thinks is better than him.
An insecure man is emotionally unstable.
He lacks emotional intelligence too. He thinks he can use his fists to resolve every issue. Only an insecure man will lift his hands to hit his woman. He thinks he can force submission on a woman by physically abusing her.
An insecure man will tarnish your reputation, before his friends and family. He doesn't want anybody to think you're a good woman. He wants everybody to believe that you are the reason his life is miserable.
An insecure man will always threaten to cheat on you or leave you for another woman. He thinks you don't deserve him, meanwhile he's the one who doesn't deserve you.
Nevertheless, an insecure man will not break up with you, he will rather choose to break you, than to break up.
He doesn't value you, but he won't let you go, because of his ego.
An insecure man has narcissistic tendencies.
He is selfish and self centred. He does not care about how you feel or how his attitude is affecting you, psychologically.
An insecure man doesn't know how to show affection.
Instead of affection, he will cause affliction.
He doesn't know how to be vulnerable.
He doesn't love himself, so he doesn't know how to love others, or how to accept love. He can't give love, so he can't receive love either.
The easiest way to spot an insecure man is; he will always be threatening to break up with you.
He uses emotional blackmail to get whatever he wants from you.
He will also be proud, arrogant and selfish.
An insecure man will hardly accept that he's wrong.
You didn't lose the love of your life, you lost a parasite that was draining your life.
Narcissists are not soulmates; they are predators in disguise, and understanding this is crucial to your healing.
The person you see at the end of the relationship is who they really are.
Their true nature was hidden behind a facade of charm, charisma, and manipulation.
You were lured with false promises, false emotions and a convincing act.
Though underneath it all, they were feeding off your emotional energy, shattering your self-esteem, and eroding your sense of self.
What you experienced wasn't love; it was a toxic cycle of abuse where every day felt like a battle for survival.
Their gaslighting, emotional blackmail, and their constant criticism were not signs of affection; they were tools of control and domination.
Their infidelity, deceit, and lack of empathy were not simple mistakes; they were deliberate actions to exploit your vulnerabilities.
You didn't lose a loved one, you escaped a toxic nightmare.
You broke free from a cycle of abuse, and that takes incredible courage, strength and resilience. Narcissists are incapable of genuine love; they only imitate it to get what they want.
To heal, you must accept the truth: you weren't loved, you were used.
You were a source of supply, a means to an end, and a pawn in your manipulative game.
Although now, you are free to rediscover yourself, embrace true love, and live a life filled with purpose, joy, and authenticity.
You deserve real love, genuine connection and healthy relationships.
You deserve to be seen, heard and understood. You deserve to be valued, respected and appreciated. Never Settling For Anything Less.
You are worthy of love, and it will find you when you least expect it đź’ś
To everyone carrying a heavy heart in silence, it’s gonna be okay someday.
I know that right now, it feels like the world is moving around you, and yet you’re stuck—sitting in your room, staring at your phone, wondering why it’s so quiet. Maybe you’re scrolling through social media, seeing everyone else live their lives while you’re trying to piece yourself together. You wake up each day, going through the motions, doing what needs to be done, but inside, there’s a weight that never seems to lift. It’s exhausting pretending everything is fine when, in truth, you’re just trying to make it through the day without falling apart.
But even when it feels like no one sees your struggle, you’re still moving forward, one small step at a time. Some days will feel heavier than others, but there will also be moments when you’ll catch your breath and realize that the pain doesn’t control you the way it used to. Maybe it’ll be when you laugh at something small or when you start finding joy in the little things again.
Life won’t magically fix itself, but slowly, you’ll notice that you’re healing in ways you didn’t even think were possible. And that’s when you’ll know—you’ve been stronger than you realized all along.

When I begin the journey to heal the boy within me, I realize how much of my life has been shaped by the wounds I carried from childhood. The boy who felt unseen, misunderstood, and unworthy of love often grew into the man who carried those same feelings into his adult relationships. But as I embrace the process of healing, I slowly let go of those childhood fears and pains, making space for the real man to emerge—the one who can love deeply, live freely, and move with purpose.
Each wound I examine feels like peeling back a layer of my past, revealing where I held onto old stories that no longer serve me. The fears I developed in my younger years often led me to build walls, believing they would protect me from further pain. But as I heal, I find that vulnerability is my strength. The real man within me doesn’t need to hide behind walls; he is grounded enough to face life with an open heart.
I see now that healing the boy isn’t about erasing the past, but about reclaiming the parts of myself that were silenced or pushed aside. It’s about listening to the child within me who yearned for safety, love, and validation. By giving him what he needed, I release the shame and guilt that once weighed me down. In that release, I find the power to redefine what it means to be a man, not through societal expectations but through my own truth.
This process of healing has also deepened my relationships. When I heal the boy, I stop projecting my unresolved issues onto those around me. I am able to love more purely, without the filters of old wounds clouding my vision. The real man within me is capable of seeing others as they are, free from judgment, and with a heart full of empathy. This shift allows me to show up fully in my relationships, not as someone seeking to be fixed, but as someone ready to give and receive love in its truest form.
There’s a strength that comes with healing, but it’s not the kind of strength I once believed I needed. It’s not about being tough or inv
Please don't bear all your problems alone. I know sometimes it's hard to ask someone for help and admit that you're feeling so miserable lately. I know sometimes you think that you'd rather keep everything to yourself because nobody seems to care, but please give yourself a chance to speak up. Allow someone to be there for you when you're going through something so heavy. It's quite unfair when your loved ones think that you're fine all along while you spend so much time being miserable in the corner. Allow them to understand you deeper. Share your feelings with someone and don't be afraid to be vulnerable in front of those who truly care, I want you to know that there are some people out there who are willing to listen without judgement. Even some strangers can show how genuinely they care for someone like you. I want you to know that it's okay to be sad or not to be okay, someone and somewhere out there will eventually care and understand you. Cry, be sad and be vulnerable with someone; it's okay. No matter how hard it is for you to reach out right now, I hope one day you'll allow someone in your life to support you and to genuinely care for you.
No.1 sign that you are destined to be poor is your ability to enjoy having s*x when you are broke.
If you even get the appetite to have s*x when you are broke, forget about the future, you are already in your future and that's where you are made to be.
To a person that has a future, once the pockets are empty, s*xual appetite disappears because the sweetness of s*x begins with the brain then down to the other areas.
A worrisome brain can't enjoy s*x, so if you are broke and enjoy s*x, my dear, congratulations, you have arrived at your destination and where you are now is your future.
Money actually is a s*x booster.

In light of the tragic news of the passing of H.E. Ebrahim Raisi, the President of the Islamic Republic of Iran, Foreign Minister, H.E. Hossein Abdollahian and his entourage of senior officials through a helicopter crash, I wish to express my heartfelt condolences and solidarity with the people of Iran at this challenging time.
President Raisi was a fearless leader and a dedicated public servant with a long and distinguished career in public service. He was a firm leader committed to the causes that he believed in and sought to elevate Iran’s standing on the global stage.
Namibia and the Republic of Iran share cordial relations signified by the fact that in his first-ever trip to the African Continent as President, H.E. Ebrahim Raisi chose Namibian as his first destination. As we condole with the people of Iran, we commend Allah's mercy and comfort to the people of Iran. William Samoei Ruto
3 PROBLEMS FACING EVERY MARRIAGE PLEASE READ.
1 MONEY: Every marriage needs money to thrive! Rent must be paid, bills must be settled, school fees are there, you must wear good clothes and eat balanced diet. As man, buckle your belt and sit tight. If you have no job/work as single man, even if you are 45 years old, you are not ready for marriage.
No family should settle on one income in this economy. Your income must grow as your family is growing. Your children won't eat baby food forever. Soon they will go to secondary school and university. Don't wait till they finish SSCE before running helter-skelter. Sit down, think and plan with your spouse on how to generate more income to cater for the needs of your family.
2. S*X: Religion is the number one enemy of s*xual fulfillment in marriage. Tiredness second, sickness third, laziness, the king of all, dirt is part of the gang, malice, their grandfather, poor s*xual performance, the chief! Learn different s*x styles with your spouse, spice up your s*x life! Lying like a log of wood with no body vibration, moaning, squeezing, fondling, caressing and turning each other around is boring for God's sake! That's why many men are having affairs. Bath at least twice daily! It's a sin for couples to go to bed without bathing! Shave off p***c hair, you will enjoy s*x better! Brush your mouth as well, no one likes to swallow stinking saliva! Enjoy s*x for God's sake, why do you hate different s*x styles? What is wrong with you? What is your problem?
3. SOCIAL MEDIA: Some couples don't talk anymore. They talk to phones instead. Please, when hubby/wifey/children need you, drop the phone and talk to them. Poor communication is the reason so many couples are having problems in their marriages. Learn to talk to your spouse when you are having challenges in your marriage. Approach them in a humble, loving, mature and caring way. We all love to listen to gentle, loving, caring people.
Take this from me.
A time comes in your life when you should decide it's enough and take your destiny up in your hands and decide you're going to change the narrative of things.
I'm going to use the analogy of the spoon to drive home my message.
Is this a Silver Spoon or a Gold Spoon?
Anyways, Whatever it is.
You might not be born with one but you can get yourself one for yourself.
Some people go about crying about not being born with all the pleasures of life.
That you can't take away, But that you can change it by taking steps towards the change.
But the question is, What are you doing to create the life you desire?
Are you complaining?
Are you watching?
Are you bickering?
Are you blaming?
Or
Are you planning?
Strategizing?
Collaborating?
Building relationships and Synergies?
Learning and upgrading your existing knowledge and skills?
Truth is, If you don't change your unpleasant past, You'll pass the baton on to the next generation that comes after you.
Nothing changes on its own. You have to be brut ally dugged to change the trajectory of your life.
On this scenario, I'm not talking about amassing wealth,What I am implying is changing that unpleasant situation that causes you pĂŁin and giving your future and posterity a navigation from what it used to be.
You have to do something about it. Don't watch it. What you watch does not go away but what you do.
If you desire it, I mean the life you wish for,
CREATE IT.
It doesn't come easy,There's always a price you can pay.
If it's coming from me, Believe it. I paid a costly price to get here and I'm still paying to get to the next phase.
It never comes easy but it gets better.
