HAVE you ever felt something I call “LAST-MINUTE DETACHMENT ”?

It’s that weird feeling when you’ve been working so hard on something, giving it your all… and then, just as you’re getting close to the end, your energy drops. Everything starts to feel exhausting, and you just don’t feel as motivated anymore.

I made up the term myself—maybe there’s a better name for it, who knows 😅

I noticed it while I was working as a Project Manager Intern. I have experienced it but not in this case though , it didn’t hit me directly, but I saw it happen with my team.

At the start, everyone was super fired up. Week one and two? Full energy. By week three, the vibe started dipping. And by week four, you could just tell people were worn out.

There are probably a bunch of reasons this can happen—personal stuff, burnout, random stress, or just general tiredness catching up with you.

It was a bit rough to deal with, but I’ll share more of the story soon 😇
