Out of hatred for the cockroach, the mosquitoes voted for the insecticide.

But when it arrived, it wiped out the cockroach, the mosquitoes, and even the fly that never voted.

A married man and his wife, have a 5 year old daughter.

He was working with an energy company as a contract staff, but was making good income that was putting food on their table.

Frustrated by the company's refusal to convert him into a permanent staff, due to their nepotism, he decided to resign & take up a full time job with a reputable microfinance bank.

His wife was the one who encouraged him to look for another job.

When he saw his salary, it was far less than what he was earning in the previous company.

He showed it to his wife his remuneration, & they decided to adjust their lifestyles to accommodate the new pay.

He decided to go learn a skill to augment his pay, and things improved a little.

However, during this period, his wife started showing signs of frustration. She left him the first time, & returned after he pleaded.

She left the second time, & he pleaded for her return, & she did.

Now, she has left again the third time, & showing no signs of returning.

Her brother, who is a yahoo boy, has been the chief instigator of his wife. Giving her yahoo money, & telling her that her husband is useless to her & their family.

Her father is also not really helping matters.

His concerns:

He is saying that, what if his wife wife has not cheated on him yet, as she has abandoned her matrimonial home, & then she comes back to plead this time around, if he should accept her back?

In case you forgot why you stopped added sugar, fizzy drinks or high fructose drinks, remember that sugar is highly inflammatory, wrecks your gut & liver, damaging your metabolic state.

You're better off without sugar in all forms.

If you’re a woman in your 30’s these will help you:

1. Exercise for at least 30mins daily

2. Eat healthy: cut off junks, eat more of real cooked food. Cancel out overly processed foods as much as you can. Go on foods with no preservatives.

3. Cut off added sugar, soda. No alcohol or smoking.

4. Add green vegetables to your diet.

5. Take your rest properly.

6. From time to time you can take blood (or B vitamins) supplements.

7. More proteins, less carbohydrates.

8. Eat more of non-sugary fruits eg cucumber.

9. Eat at least an egg today.

10. Stay hydrated daily.
