Meat pie.

Ingredients:
For the pastry:

4 cups (500g) all-purpose flour
200g cold Butter, cubed
2 Eggs
1 teaspoon Salt
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 cup (60ml) cold water

For the filling:
•3/4 pound (350g) Ground beef
1 Potato, peeled and diced into small cubes
1 Large Onion, chopped
1 Large Carrot, peeled and diced
1 cup (240ml) Water/beef broth
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
1 teaspoon Thyme
2 tablespoons flour
2 tablespoons Oil
1 egg for brushing

How to prepare:

-Make the pastry: in a large bowl mix together flour, sugar, salt and baking powder.
-Add cubed butter and rub it with the flour until you get a crumbly texture.
-Beat 2 eggs with cold water and add it to the flour mixture, mix until dough is formed. Cover for 30mins.
-Make the filling: in a large pan heat oil. Add onion and sauté for 5-6 mins.
-Add diced carrots and cook for 3-4 mins.
-Add the meat, breaking it apart, for 4-5 mins; Season with salt, pepper, thyme and flour.
-Divide the dough into 4 pieces. Roll out the dough into 1/8-inch thickness. Cut out a round shape with your desired sized.
-8. Place about 1-2 tablespoons of the meat mixture in the center and fold over the dough. Seal it with your fingers or with a fork. Poke the pies with a fork to create a steam outlet.
-Bake for 25-30 minutes, until golden. Cool slightly before serving.

Ingredients:

5 eggs
180g of sugar
180g all purpose flour.

Preparation:

1. Beat eggs with sugar until fluffy for 6-7 minutes.
2. Slowly beat in the sifted flour, without releasing air from the mixture.
3. Pour into a 20cm baking pan covered with parchment.
4. Bake for 50 minutes at 160°C/330°F, then open the oven door and let cool for 10 minutes.

As some people were discussing the condition of the world, one of the neighbor came home, slamming the door. He started yelling at his wife. It was obvious that he had been drinking and his voice was heard louder and louder as he was demanding something. And it seem like she didn't have the thing. So because she didn't hand it over instantly he decided to exercise his manly authority by beating her up... I'm going to teach you how to respect me .. he shouted. Above the terriffic din of blows and screaming we could hear a voice of of a little boy pleading and crying. No daddy... N oo oo . Don't hurt mummy. Please....

As a good woman what must you do

Now Good Afternoon everyone good afternoon everyone, we have been talking about what women means to us. Now we are going to another topic which says the Essentials of Good Woman. Now what is the essentials a good woman? Is a question for me and you. What is essential? It's refers to what is most needful according to what Jesus said in the (Luke 10:42) absolutely necessary and indispensable. Essentials of a Good Woman means what is very needful that is what is expected from you as a good woman. The Essentials of a Good Woman, what must you do to be a good woman?

1 Take your stand:That is be steadfast and unmovable, stop running from pillar to post. Come boldly to everyone (1st Corinthians 15:58).

2 Profess godliness:It is what you have that you profess. you have to profess and practice Godliness in everything we do which is an essential attribute of our God (1st Timothy 2:10).

3 Good training: It is essential at this time to train up our children to embrace the lord and his way( Proverbs 22 verse 6). it is delightful to note that many of our youth preach fantastic messages,this is because they have learnt one way or the other. there is need to redeem the time for our children than before. show good example because they are more easily influenced by what they see parents do, our speech, dressing and the company we keep.

4 Do the needful without procrastination: Procrastination must be avoided once we know what is needful at any point in time. Doing the needful should be our attitude at home, work and ministry.
5 Be diligent and embrace hardwork: If anyone wants to be lazy she would not fit into what the Lord is doing in our days to be a help mate .Is not for lazy people, be diligent in helping your future husband. For diligence and hardwork bring harmony and progress and with this will make our Society better. Always help yourself because you are not created as an admin in an office then you will to be a good mate to yours par
