Hi lovely ladies🌹
Today's breakfast was scrambled tofu and lunch was yesterday's leftover of chickpea tikka masala with couscous & a side of hummus, garlic paste, eggplant dip, and pickled veggies.

Wouldn't you rather lose weight ONCE - at a slower and sustainable pace, than lose weight FAST but gain it all back and MORE?⠀

You would think people would go for the former, but often I see women choose the latter..⠀

Sustainable weight loss is 1-2lbs (0.4-0.8kg) per week but most people think it's normal to lose 20 pounds in 2 weeks..⠀

It's not and it's unhealthy and it's unsustainable because you cannot keep undereating forever⠀

It literally is destroying your body⠀
⠀
You need to eat healthy food THAT YOU ENJOY to lose weight sustainably and be able to keep it off.⠀

But, how do I do that?⠀

1. START SMALL - the little habits build on top of each other. Start with one small habit change per week⠀
⠀
2. MAKE IT FUN - don't force yourself to eat spinach if you HATE it. Try kale, swiss chard or seaweed instead. There's a tonne of options so try them out and FIND OUT WHAT YOU LIKE⠀

3. BE KIND - to yourself, don't beat yourself up. If you truly want sustainable change, then this will be a lifelong journey with lots of experimenting along the way
