-17 kg in 6 weeks — and I’m 43!
Omo, I still can’t believe it — my body finally listens to me again. Every morning I wake up full of energy and lightness after years of fatigue and heaviness.
Before this, everything felt so hard: sleepless nights, sudden waves of heat, constant tiredness… my body felt like it wasn’t mine. I tried diets, workouts, tips from bloggers — sometimes it worked, but the weight always came back as soon as I relaxed a little.
Even my doctor was like, “that’s age o” — but I couldn’t just accept it.
Then I ran into an old friend at the park. I barely recognised her — she used to be bigger than me, now she’s calm and light. She said, “You must try this,” and sent me a link to an article. I was skeptical, but I read it anyway.
And wow — first week, the swelling went down and I lost 5 kg. Second week, another 4 kg. By week 4, I was sleeping better and moving around easily. Hubby won’t stop giving me compliments — I haven’t had so many since we first started dating!
