Effect of Water to your health.

The biggest health problems and most of them are from lack of water in the body, Always drink water even if you don't feel thirsty or need it. Two liter minimum per day.

As you aged further, stop drinking chilled water but drink only water water at room temperature.

It is very harmful to have cold drink/water during meal. Because the cold will solidify the oily stuff that you have just consumed, and it will slow down digestion. Once this ''mud'' react with the acid it will break down and be absorb by the intestine faster than the solid food. It will line the intestine very soon this will turn into fats and lead to cancer. And also cause hear attacks. The Chinese & Japanese drink hot tea with their meals, not cold water. Maybe it is time we adopt their drinking habit while eating.

It is best to drink hot water or warm hot after meal. French fries and burger are the biggest enemy of the heart health. A coke after that gives more power to this demon. Avoid them for your health and heart.

Water is is important but never knew about the special times one has to drink it. Drinking water at the right time maximum its effectiveness on the human body.
* Drinking one glass of water just when you are about to go to bed avoid clotting of the blood at night to avoid heart attack.
* Drinking one glass of water after waking up help to activate internal organs.

* Drinking one glass of water before taking a bath help lower your blood pressure.

How to maintain your health as you advance in age.

People have this perception about sickness or disease comes with aging and this is not true. You can age graciously without having health crises.

But young people today are falling victim to chronic disease.

A young lady I know died recently in her thirties after her youth service, suffered from a condition called Dementia which is generally known as loss of memory. At first it was not taking seriously after some years it got worse to extent she couldn't do anything by herself. She was carried around from one hospital to another till she gave up the ghost. According to the medical fact it a condition that affect older people a lot.

I am saying this to let you know that having diseases has little to do with whether you are young or old. Health issue is increasing rapidly among the young and old.

So, you much maintain and take responsibility for your health as you age because the chances of health crises increase as you age.

Firstly, you must be intentional about your diet and health. Your diet has a lot to do with your wellness as you advance in age.

You must eliminate some kind of food as you age to prevent disease.
You must eat more of some kind of food to enhance the function of your organs.
Nutrition is a whole package to your health.

You know some kind of food you eat is not good for your health but you just can not stop eating them

Tell me some kind of food you know is good for your health but you eat little or you eat them occasionally.

I use to think that health and sickness just happened, and doctors is the only one responsible for me been health when am sick, and i need to be sick before for i care for my health.

Until i get to realise that am responsible for my health and wellness, and don't need to be sick before taking responsibility. Yes, you are responsible for your health.

We can't stop death or diseases, but we can reduce the rate at which people falls victim of chronic disease and die because of health issues by take personal responsibility on our health.

2 Nutrition- Is gotten from food;food is the essential for life. the nutrients you got from the food you eat is responsible for providing the fuel the body needs to function and the building blocks that made up the cells,tissues and organs.

A lot of people spent a lot of time doing business, caretaking for family responsibilities, overwhelmed by economy situation and a lot of activities and so little time or no time making sure they are healthy enough to enjoy to profit of the business, spend quality time with the family and imparting our society.

I keeping saying this; You don't have to fall sick/ breakdown before you take care of your health. Health and wellness care is mainly for healthy people to prevent been a victim. NOTE: The sick person was once an healthy person.

A lot of people think is only a doctor that is qualify to talk about health and wellness,health is broad. Mean while, You can be your own doctor as well by being intentional about your health controlling what goes to you mouth because; YOU ARE WHAT YOU EAT.

A lot neglect their health until they fall sick,people don't pay attention to sign or symptoms,manage issues until total breakdown.

A lot think health care is meant for only the sick people,if you wait to be sick you will spend all your money(life savings or hard earn money) on medical bills(that should enjoyed) and you will not all enjoy your health when sick and all things fall apart.

A lot of people just say PREVENTION IS BETTER THAN CURE but don't understand that prevention is cheaper and better than curing having proper awareness on preventing health problem instead of treating and curing is more cheaper.

Good health is a gift, Use it wisely. If you don't take care of your health, it will not take care of you.
