You can make a skin toner at home with fresh orange peels and mint leaves .

1) Pour water into a pot and bring it to boil on medium heat.
2) When it starts boiling, put your fresh orange peels and mint leaves .
3) Turn off your cooker and let the fresh orange peels and mint leaves steep in the water for few minutes.

Your do it yourself skin toner is ready!!
Let it cool and use cotton wool to apply on your skin.
