In 2021, I was invited to a beauty event in Lagos by a friend. She told me that at the event, there would be a free skincare session with other side attractions, but what caught my attention was the skincare session because I had long wanted to get a good skincare product for my skin. After all, all the other products I have used didn't give me the skin I desired.

At the event, after I had the skin care session, I was amazed at how my skin looked instantly, and I had to sign up to get the skincare product along with some other products for personal use.

📌 Exfoliate your skin once or twice a week to remove dead skin cells.

📌 Always Protect Your Skin: Many people tend to leave this out of their skincare routine. Always wear sunscreen with an SPF of 30 and above. This helps to protect your skin from the effects of sun rays which are responsible for early aging of the skin, sunburn, etc.

📌 Eat a well-balanced diet, take food supplements and get enough sleep. Take lots of fruits and vegetables and drink enough water.

These are what you should avoid: stress, sleeping in your makeup, touching your face constantly, rubbing products harshly, bathing or showering with hot water, not moisturizing your skin, too much sun exposure, etc.
