We are a leading real estate company seeking an experienced and qualified Legal Officer to join our team. As a Legal Officer, you will play a crucial role in providing legal support and guidance to our real estate team.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Legal Officer to provide legal advice and support on real estate transactions, including property acquisitions, disposals, leasing, and development projects. The successful candidate will have a strong background in real estate law and excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide legal advice and support on real estate transactions, including property acquisitions, disposals, leasing, and development projects.
2. Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents related to real estate transactions.
3. Conduct due diligence on potential real estate transactions, including reviewing title reports, surveys, and other relevant documents.
4. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including the real estate team, to ensure that all legal aspects of transactions are properly addressed.
5. Liaise with external parties, including lawyers, agents, and other stakeholders, to negotiate and finalize transactions.
6. Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards related to real estate.
7. Provide training and guidance to internal stakeholders on legal issues related to real estate transactions.
8. Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all real estate transactions and related documents.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Law (LL.😎 or equivalent.
2. Admission as a solicitor in [Insert Jurisdiction].
3. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in real estate law, preferably in a private practice or in-house role.
4. Strong knowledge of real estate law, including property transactions, leasing, and development projects.
5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and drafting skills.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
8. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.

Nice to Have:
1. Experience with real estate software and technology.
2. Knowledge of commercial law and contracts.
3. Experience in a related field, such as property development or construction.
