Just recently I've been receiving a lot of compliments on how much my skin has changed, ofcourse for good😊. On Monday precisely a colleague in the office was just asking me what cream I'm using and in my usual self, I told her what changed in my regimen. Not just cream. Me I don't hide any information about what I do or take so I'll share here what I told her :-

Collagen Supplements: Yes about a month ago, I decided to start taking collagen supplements. The Neocell is what I bought. You remember my face is what I was focusing on and so since I've achieved a better facial skin, I decided to take a supplement for the whole body. I also noticed greatly that this supplements made my hair grow so fast. Lost my front hair when I had my last child and have been buying lots of cream/oil to grow it back but they haven't been so effective. Noticed a positive difference in my hair growth when I started taking Neocell Collagen supplement.

Glutathione supplements: The Glutathione supplement was also added to the supplements I take. The Gluta white brand is the one I take. It's quite affordable and does the work.

Vitamin C: I take 1000mg of this supplement for it's antioxidant boost. Remember I also use the Vitamin C serum facially, so adding this tablets just makes it more effective.

Meanwhile the cream I've been using is Dr Teal's Citrus Lotion. The one with Vitamin C. Can't really say this made the evident difference, it's definitely the supplements especially the Collagen and Glutathione.
