Plum has anti-aging properties for our skin. It effectively reduces the appearance of aging signs, such as wrinkles, fine lines, age spots, etc. Plum is super beneficial to prevent premature aging, because of its anti-oxidant components. It contains Vitamin C, E as well as beta-carotene which fights off the free radicals and protects our body cells from oxidative damage. This way, plum works to keep aging signs at bay. Furthermore, the anti-inflammatory benefits of plums play a vital role in promoting the elasticity of our skin. It boosts blood circulation in our skin as well as reduces inflammation.
How to use plums for anti-aging
Take 1-2 plums and take out the pulp. Mash the pulp and then mix it with either rosewater or cucumber juice. Apply the resultant mixture all over the face. Allow it to sit for 15-20 minutes. Wash off with normal water. Repeat regularly.

Mash two to three ripe plums in a bowl and apply the pulp directly to your face and neck. Let it sit for 15-20 minutes. Rinse off with lukewarm water. Repeat regularly for best results.
Alternatively, prepare plum pulp by following the directions mentioned above. Add two tbsp of honey to that and mix both of them nicely. Apply the mixture on your face and neck and massage for few minutes in circular motions. Let it sit for another 10-12 minutes and wash off with fresh, cold water.

HOW TO PREPARE AVOCADO OIL
The healthy fats in the avocado fruit gives you a glowing skin,healthy hair and nails.
The oil version can serve as a hydrator to get similar results as the butter.
Avocado oil is made by extracting the oil from a ripe avocado fruit.
Wash twelve avocados and cut each one in half around the pit
Use a spoon to scoop out the fruit of the avocado and deposit it in a food processor or a blender
Blend the fruit until it form a smooth paste.
Pour the blended avocado in a pot or frying pan
Pour enough carrier oil to cover the oil and cook the avocado on a medium heat,stir it every 5mins.
Cook until the water has evaporated and the mmixture changes from a light green to a dark green or brown.
When the avocado mixture has stop cooking,place a clean,thin cloth such as cheesecloth,squeeze the sack to strain the water until the last drop come into bowl then pour the oil into a small bottle or jar.
