DAILY CARE ROUTINE FOR YOUR SKIN

When i talk about daily care routine for the skin, i mean the face, which is one of the most delicate part of the body and therefore, should be pampered, kept clean from external aggressors.
I will be discussing three quick ways to take care of your face and i will be talking about the CTM technique- Cleansing, Toning and Moisturizing. This should be done twice a day.
Cleaning removes impurities and excess oil and dead skin cells from the skin. You can clean your face with lukewarm water and a creamy cleanser of purifying gel wash. Never over wash or use a bar soap.
Toning helps remove any residual oil, dirt or make up that may have been left behind by the cleanser. It also helps soothes, hydrates and rebalances the skin.An oily and spot prone skin will benefit from exfoilating and balancing toners while a dry or combination skin type will need a toner with hydrating and moisturising properties.
Moiturizing could be a day cream or a night cream. A moisturizer leaves the skin feeling softer and smoother. It also smoothes away fine lines and dryness. When applying a moisturizer during the day, it is important to use a moisturizer with a sunscreen or SPF. Whether you have an oily or dry skin, it is recommended that you incorporate a moisturizing cream in your daily routine.
Now you may ask, why did i skip exfoilation?
Well, exfoilation can be done 1 -2 times a week. It shouldn't be daily. Exfoilation is the process of removing dead skin cells which causes the face to look dull.
I hope we begin to have a routine for our face so we can have a supple, good looking skin.

Anyway, Pomelo is one of the original citrus fruit. They are closely related to grapefruits and they are the largest citrus fruit. They are predominantly found in South East Asia.
The Pomelo fruit tastes like the grapefruit but without the bitterness or sour flavour.
Do you know Pomelos have varying benefits such as boosting immunity, fighting infections, relieving cramps, repairing the skin making it healthy and young, slows aging process of the skin, nourishes the hair, prevents dandruff and so much more.
