I am practicing to no longer look at what I don’t have

I am rather looking at the abundance I have been given since birth and taking stock from time to time of all that I have to be grateful for in this life

I am training everyday to be kinder to myself
Each day I notice the benefits of being kinder to myself and less of a critic of what my mind says

Through this kindness, I am finding the real “ME”, before life, society, ego and programming dumped all this weight on me
~
I can see that through this new mindset, I am keeping better company than ever before
