After 3 kids and a C-section, I almost gave up on my body.

I Don’t Want To Lose My Hips
(The Silent Fear Many Women Don’t Talk About).
One of the most honest things many women tell me during coaching is this:
"Coach, I want to be healthy… but I don’t want to lose my hips or curves."
And I understand that fear completely.
For many women, our hips, thighs, and curves are part of our identity.
They make us feel feminine, attractive, and confident.
So the thought of losing weight sometimes feels like losing the body you love.
But here is the truth many people avoid talking about.
Excess weight doesn’t only sit on your hips.
It sits on your joints.
Every extra kilogram your body carries places additional pressure on your:
• Knees
• Hips
• Ankles
• Lower back
And the knees suffer the most.
Research shows that every extra 1kg of body weight adds up to 4kg of pressure on the knees when walking. (See the published article in the comments) 👇
So when someone is carrying 15–20kg extra, the knees are quietly handling 60–80kg of extra pressure with every step.
That is why many women start noticing:
• Knee pain when climbing stairs
• Difficulty squatting or standing up
• Heavy legs after walking short distances

At first, it feels small.
