As we get older, the first thing we begin to notice about our skin is the dullness and lack of radiance.

*What does it mean to have a radiant skin?* To put it simply, skin radiance is the glowy, bright look that is commonly associated with healthy and well-rested skin.

It's not really about the colour or complexion of your skin, but it is about how smooth your skin is and its ability to reflect light. Fair or dark, your skin can glow in its own way.

*What makes our skin dull?*

1. Not cleansing the skin regularly - It is important to wash your face morning and night using a proper face cleanser, *not bathing soap.* Removing the dirt, dust and oil our skin accumulates everyday is the #1 secrets to a clean and glowing skin.

2. Poor blood circulation. This can be fixed by doing simple facial massage and exercise while applying your serum or facial oil. Gently tapping with the tips of your finger or pressing down lightly should help. Walk for 30-60 minutes daily improves general blood circulation which is good for your heart and skin.

3. Accumulated dead skin cells on our skin. This can be fixed by exfoliating 1-2 times weekly using a face scrub/mask. This boost skin cell renewal and reveals newer, softer and bright looking skin cells
