Simple night routine

1) Cleanser : Use a double cleansing method ( oil cleanser first then followed by a water based cleanser) to wash off dirt expecially makeups and sunscreen.

2)Treatment: Apply treatments/serums ( vit c toner & serum, retinol , Salycilic acid e.t.c)

3) Don't forget go apply moisturizer for proper hydration

4)Sleep: Let your skin renew while you sleep.

ps: All treatments and moisturizer are available to suit and target different skin conditions.

Glow Monday tips

How to make a foot scrub.
1) Luke warm water
2) Baking soda
3) Pumice stone
4) Salt
Direction
Add baking soda and salt to lukewarm water & soak for 15 minutes.
Rub gently with stone to remove dead skin layer.

OR
Essential oil - 2 tablespoon.
Sugar. - 5 tablespoon.
Direction
Rub your feet and heels gently with this for 5 minutes. Wash with plain water.
