Are you Mother that is addicted to alcohol while pregnant.

let me give you a quick advice as a reminder ✍️.

when ever you take your Alcohol, it enters your bloodstream and reaches your developing fetus by crossing the placenta. then causes higher blood alcohol concentrations in your developing baby than in your body because a fetus metabolizes alcohol slower than an adult does.

The Alcohol also interferes with the delivery of oxygen and optimal nutrition to your baby's developing tissues and organs, including the brain which is very bad.

The more you drink while pregnant, the greater the risk to your unborn baby.

one thing most mothers doesn't know that, Your baby's brain, heart and blood vessels usually develop in the early weeks of their pregnancy, even before they may know that they are pregnant.

Note that 📝📝::

The more alcohol you drink during pregnancy, the greater the chance of problems in your baby. There's no known safe amount of alcohol consumption during pregnancy.

You could put your baby at risk even before you realize you're pregnant. Don't drink alcohol if:

✓ You are pregnant

✓You think you might be pregnant

✓You're trying to become pregnant

Because all the COMPLICATIONS come from having Fetal alcohol syndrome .

AIDS is particularly known to be a l the virus as a form of payback for them being a victim.

So today been the World AIDS Day🎗️, I am here to keep the hope alive and as well to keep breaking the stigma in the society by empowering people living with AIDS and as well creating awareness.

Additionally, it is important we understand the message of this Formula U=U( undetectable= untransmitted) and which can only be achieved if people living with AIDS have access to their anti-retroviral therapy (ART) and thus which will equal to the successfully viral suppression ( I.e undetectable viral load) with this there can't be transmission of HIV to others and this can help by

1.Reducing stigmatization in the society

2.Giving birth to a negative babies when married.

3. Promoting a better understanding of HIV transmission, because people living with HIV/AIDS also deserve comprehensive support, care and compassion like everyone else to win this race 💪💪💪.

It's WORLD AIDS DAY
