🌿 TORA Collagen Tea Recipe

Ingredients:

- Fresh leaves (as mentioned)
- Clean drinkable water
- A pinch of salt

Preparation Method:

1. Get fresh leaves and wash thoroughly with a little salt and water to help remove microbes.
2. Rinse again with clean water.
3. Place a clean pot on heat and add 2 cups of drinkable water.
4. Add the washed leaves into the pot.
5. Allow to cook on low heat for 10 minutes.
6. Remove from heat and let it cool until it is warm (not too hot).

How to Take:

- Drink half a cup on an empty stomach first thing in the morning.
- Take the remaining half cup at night.

Measurement Guide:

- Use a normal cup, divide into two equal halves (morning & night).
