So, VDM reportedly warned the guy who sold that clip to Blord and also Blord himself saying he’d take legal action. But at the same time, he still sent Blord a brand-new version today and even said he’ll keep sending it daily. He even added that the content is already online, so he doesn’t see why Blord paid for it.

Now, from a legal angle if they can prove they got it from VDM’s earlier public post, then it becomes open content, meaning no solid case.

Secondly, by sending another version to Blord yourself, you’ve already weakened any possible claim because it shows consent and no real harm done. The court can’t grant compensation for something you clearly don’t consider damaging especially after you posted and joked about it yourself.

If you had instead shown that it affected you deeply, maybe cried out or explained how it hurt your image, then there could have been a valid case. But since you said it didn’t harm you, you’ve already weakened your own argument.

So I no too understand, bro you wan just make small online noise or what? Because for court matter, this one don already weak case…
