With hearts full of gratitude, we gathered in thanksgiving to honor the beautiful life of my mother. A woman whose love, prayers, and strength shaped so many lives. Though our hearts still carry the weight of her absence, we remain grateful to God for the gift of her life and the legacy she leaves behind.

Yesterday we laid my mother to rest.
A sacred goodbye my heart is still learning how to carry.

The hands that once held me, the voice that once prayed for me, now rest in God’s eternal peace. And though the earth closed over what was once my home, love like hers does not die — it echoes through my life, through my strength, through every prayer she taught me to whisper.

My heart grieves, but my faith understands that God only calls His angels home.
