​Returning to our Thursday Cardio session with the Health and Fitness Family this morning was pure energy! I am still easing my way back into my full routine after taking some time off to recover, so I've been modifying my steps and skipping the stairs to protect my knees. I simply did my toe taps - 140 in total💃🏾
​Today, we did an intense circuit - 6 to 7 different routines for 15 seconds each, split into two groups. By the time my group finished our second batch, the sweat was officially dropping! 😅✨ I had to capture a quick video to show the energy while the other group was crushing their final set. For the other routines for the day, the moment I felt a tiny hint of tension, I listened to my body and stopped.
