And we wrap up this series with the amazing jojoba oil! Unlike other skincare oils, the structure of jojoba oil is very similar to the natural oils of our skin and so it absorbs faster than other oils. This also means that jojoba oil can trick the skin into thinking it has produced enough oil and thus balance oil production, without promoting acne or other skin problems like eczema. What a genius!

Jojoba oil keeps your skin calm and comfy as it deeply hydrates the skin and it doesn’t evaporate like water-based moisturizers, thus providing a long-acting layer of moisture. Who doesn’t love perfectly moisturized skin?

Today, We present to you Tea tree oil. If there were superheros in the world of oils, this oil will definitely wear a cape! Problematic skin?? Tea tree oil to the rescue!
Tea tree oil is packed full of anti-inflammatory properties which makes it incredibly effective in relieving the pain and discomfort of dry, itchy or irritated skin.
Due to its antimicrobial properties, tea tree oil is the go to natural remedy for treating skin conditions such as acne, psoriasis, chicken pox scars and excema.

Did you know that cuts, razor burns and boils heal faster with a dab of tea tree oil. It is also known to calm redness, swelling, and inflammation, leaving you with smooth, blemish-free skin. Did someone say therapy?... And here’s a plus - tea tree oil can be used as An insect repellant.
It's important to note that tea tree oil shouldn't be applied directly to skin. To prevent burning or burning sensation, dilute tea tree oil with a carrier oil, such as olive oil, coconut oil, or almond oil. For every 1 to 2 drops of tea tree oil, add 12 drops of a carrier oil.

Good news is, kernel oil can be easily acquired as it is made locally in many parts of Africa.
It's important to note, that palm kernel oil is different from palm oil. While palm oil is derived from the flesh of palm fruits, kernel oil is derived from the seed/nut in the middle of the fruit.
