Here are some ways to use salt to attract positive energy in your home:
1.Salt Lamps Place a Himalayan salt lamp in a room to purify the air and attract positive energy.
2.Salt Bowls Fill a bowl with sea salt and place it in a room to absorb negative energy and promote positivity.
3.Salt Cleansing Sprinkle salt around the perimeter of your home to cleanse and protect it from negative energy.
4.Smudging Mix salt with sage or sweetgrass for a smudging ritual to drive out negative energy.
5.Grids Create a salt grid by sprinkling salt in a pattern (e.g., a circle or square) to attract positive energy.
6.Bath Soak Add Epsom salt or sea salt to your bathwater for a relaxing soak that promotes positivity.
7.Foot Soak Soak your feet in a saltwater solution to cleanse and balance your energy.
Remember, salt is believed to have purifying and protective properties, so use it thoughtfully to attract positive energy and promote a peaceful atmosphere in your home.
(Note: Some of these methods have roots in ancient traditions and spiritual practices. Feel free to adapt or modify them to suit your personal believe.
When milk spoils, it can become yogurt, and if it ferments further, it can become cheese. And, indeed, cheese is often more valuable than yogurt.
This analogy can be applied to our lives and mistakes. Just as milk can transform into something new and valuable, our mistakes can also lead to growth, learning, and transformation.
Don't beat yourself up over mistakes; instead, learn from them.
Embrace imperfections and use them as opportunities for growth.
Remember that mistakes are a natural part of the learning process.
Strive for progress, not perfection.
On 19thNovember 2019, my life changed forever in an instant. I was involved in a car accident that left me with no scar but on the process of getting treatment gave me the suck of my life and left me with severe leg injuries. The road to recovery has been long and arduous, but it's also been a journey of self-discovery and growth.
"At first, accepting my new reality was impossible. I struggled to come to terms with the fact that my legs, which had once carried me through so many milestones and adventures, were now scarred and limited. But as I navigated the darkest moments, I began to find strength in my resilience.
"Today, I'm still learning to accept and love my new body, scars and all. It's a daily battle, but I'm determined to rise above the pain and find a new sense of purpose. I'm sharing my story in hopes that it may inspire others who have faced similar challenges to find the strength to keep moving forward."
Feel free to share your own story with me
Remember, our story is unique and powerful, and sharing it can be a transformative experience for both you and our audience.
Remember, you are not alone in this journey. Our strength and resilience will inspire others.

What does a score mean to you?
To me is a symbol of strength, weakness or regret but above all courage👱 Let's talk about the fight we fought and the fight we're still fighting maybe there's a lesson or two to learn from it.
