I can't keep calm....I am one year old with oriflame 💃💃💃💃💃💃💃💃💃💃I am Helen Murphy, A nurse and an entrepreneur. I think it's high time I shared my journey with Oriflame for the 1st time. I am not good with literature, but I hope some one gets inspired.

Some time in June 2016, I left my home for work & on reaching the reception of my office, I slumped & was unconscious for a while. When I woke up, I found myself in bed surrounded by my colleagues, some were crying, others were praying....Hmm!, the doctors diagnosed me with angina. It's a condition that demands me to stay bed ridden for a minimum of 6months.

Let's skip to August 20th,2016, I was lying in bed thinking of what I can do while just there at home. I remembered that someone once introduced me to Oriflame Business Opportunity in 2014 and I attended the Oriflame Opportunity Meeting hosted by Onyinye Okoye(former face of Oriflame) early 2015, but then I was like NOoooo, I can't do this.

For the first time that day,I took my time to browse about it on google, and also read some adverts on Face book. when I had enough information, I told my self that I'll log into Facebook & the first link I would see, I'll click and register.
That was exactly what happened & I registered my self and submitted my ID as required, immediately I placed order for the NovAge set.
Few days later, my order arrived. At the end of that month I saw every body celebrating their alert & that got me motivated to do more. My tittles were as follows;

👉August 2016 - 3%
👉September 2016- 9%
👉October 2016- 12%
👉November 2016- 15%
👉 December 2016- 21%

Earning over 250,000 naira monthly just within 5 months.

I was able to achieve this by the use of social media platforms. Remember, I can't even go out of my house during that period.

I am glad to say that I am currently a DIRECTOR in Oriflame. 👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏 I look back every day and wonder, "What if I allowed that sickness as an excuse to hold me down? What if I gave excuses and remained at 3%. I wouldn't have been where I am today. I am exactly 1year and five months old today with Oriflame, and I have enjoyed all expense paid trips courtesy of Oriflame. I was at the Directors seminar which was held in Tinapa, and also qualified for managers seminar 2017 which was held in Lagos.

💋How to Determine Your Skin Type
Everyone's skin is normal to them, but in order to care for diverse skin types, we often group people into some skin categories. Ascertaining your skin type is an important first step in knowing how to treat your skin, what products to use, and how to Have Perfect Skin.

👉Step 1

Wash Your Face. Wash with a gentle cleanser and pat dry. Remove make-up. This cleans away oils and dirt that may have accumulated during your day, giving your skin a fresh start. Do not over wash though.

👉 Step 2

Wait an 30min. During this time, your skin should return to its natural state, the characteristics of which will determine your skin type. Act normally and, please, don't touch your face.

👉 Step 3

Dab your face with a tissue. Pay attention to the 'T-zone'--the area of your forehead and nose

👉 Step 4.

Skin falls into four types--
💄normal,
💄oily,
💄dry and
💄combination

💋Normal skin shows neither oil nor flaking skin. It should feel supple and smooth. If you have it, consider yourself lucky :)

💋Oily skin is characterized by the grease on the tissue. It is also common for a person with oily skin to have large pores and a shine.

💋Dry skin may feel taut or show flakes of dead skin. It is associated with small pores. Moisturizing is important for this skin type.

💋Combination skin is most common. It exhibits traits of all three of the above skin types.
Usually, the skin is oily in the T-zone and normal to dry elsewhere

Drink more water! Your skin will produce more sebum (oil) if it's dehydrated to keep itself lubricated.
One of the most important things you can do for your skin is to keep healthy.
Your skin is part of you. It can be affected by your environment, products you use, your stress levels, diet, lifestyle choices and more.

Oriflame Organises 4 major types of events yearly- National seminars (Managers & Directors Seminars) and International conferences (Gold & Diamond Conference.

I learnt sooo much from this last conference in Abuja but what the most inspiring thing I learnt is from this 80year old senior Manager and I just had to interview grandma.

Didnt have it on camera because we didnt want her to be pressured.

Now Grandma is a retired lecturer from the University of Nigeria Nsukka where she taught for 35 years. Her daughter joined Oriflame since 2015 but mainly buying for her shop.

She told her mum about Oriflame and Grandma fell in love instantly because she's someone who has strong taste for luxury products.

Kneeling by her she smelt so good I had to ask her what fragrance she had on. guess what she told me? In grandma's voice "oh my dear, i have several fragrances and use many at a time so you cant really tell which i'm wearing" 😂😂Grandma with swag!

So back to the story..

Grand ma decided to join oriflame because she loved the products and knew she could sell them and make money.

She has been maintaining 12% Manager title for a while... but didnt have any desire to rank advance because she didnt want "local recorgnition" 🤣🤣 in PH.

She told her daughter that when Oriflame is doing a National recorgnition she should let her know. So when manager's challenge was announced her daughter told her that she has to get to 21% for her to be recorgnised in Abuja.

And mama decided to Qualify and get on that stage. How did she do it?

Mama moved from 12% manager to 21% senior manager in the last 90days doing 2 simple things

✔Building her team *Herself* - She told everyone she recruited in the last 90days that they were her ticket to Abuja
✔She sells her products *Herself* -Every sunday she takes the catalogue to church and gives to people asking them to choose what they wanted
She said every Sunday people put money in her hands as full or part payment for products ordered.

Even the days she can't make it to church she ask the person that brings communion to her if so or so person gave them money for her.

She was soooo consistent and persistent and she won! She was celebrated specially in Oriflame's way! Guess what? she's is already qualified for the next directors Seminar taking place at the Federal place hotel in Lagos March next year.
