👉 never cut Onions open then use it next day
👉Onions can give your room fresh air and make you sleep easily. (Just slice onion and put around corner of your room
👉again never use leftover slice Onions next day, they already absorbed germs around.
👉 to stop Onions tears while slicing , either put it in freezer a minutes before slicing or chew chewing gum while slicing or apply oil on the knife before slicing.

1. Clogged ears

The clogged ears are often irritating and not good for your hearing ability. Follow the process to unclogged your ears

Process
👉Remove a soft part of the onion and put it at the beginning of the ear canal.
👉Don’t push it hard inside your ear, be careful that you place at the beginning only.
👉Allow it to remain overnight and the onion juice will soften the wax build up in the ear.
👉Next day it will be easy for you to remove the wax and unclogged the ears.

2. Burns
Burns are common if you love baking cookies and cakes. The onion juice is very useful to soothe the burning skin.

Beloved, as I earlier mentioned in my new year post in this page, this year,we must be intentional in our feeding habits if we plan to live a healthy 2021. I'm becoming very concern about the vitamin content in our food. Planting conditions, abuse during harvest or in transport, storage, refining ,freezing, canning and cooking methods are all detrimental to the vitamin contents of the food we consume. Most of these factors are often beyond our control bcs we rely on farmers/ sellers (others) to protect the nutrients value of the food we buy. Even when we think we are eating a balanced diet, most times the method of preparation contributes to the reduction or even total destruction of the nutrients. Today I would like to enlighten us on PROTEIN as a 'first class' out of the six nutritional life chain. Protein as vital to human life as water and oxygen. It is the .most plentiful substance in our bodies and composes of 18-20% of our total body weight. Together with water and oxygen, protein is vital to all life as the chief tissue builder and basic substance in every living cell. It is also the principle component of blood, heart, tendons,ligaments, brains, genes, hormones and enzymes. The metabolic process that keeps the body running is regulated NY some proteins( hormones) and catalyzed by other protein ( enzymes). Our body cannot store protein, so we need a continuous supply from diet. When the body receives protein, it uses only what it needs at the moment and converts the rest into fuel to be used as energy. Once protein has been converted, it can never be changed back ,no matter how great the body demands protein. The body cannot absorb the whole protein molecule,so it must break it down into individual amino acids. Out of the 22 different amino acids the body requires, 14 can be synthesized/ produced by d body even if they arent present in our diet. The remaining 8 is known as ESSENTIAL AMINO ACIDs that must be supplied daily in diet.

There is a difference btw "filling your stomach" with food & 'feeding your body cells with nutrients' One needs 60 nutrients in the balanced quantity per day for optimal health and longetivity. We can try our best to eat a well balanced diet( a diet containing all 60 of these nutrients) but it is highly improbable that we will achieve this. We all think eating fruits means just buying fruits, cutting it and just popping it into our mouths.
It's not as easy as you think. It's important to know how and when to eat the fruits.

What is the correct way of eating fruits?

IT MEANS NOT EATING FRUITS AFTER YOUR MEALS!

FRUITS SHOULD BE EATEN ON AN EMPTY STOMACH:
If you eat fruits on empty stomach, it will play a major role to detoxify your system, supplying you with a great deal of energy for weight loss and other life activities.
Let's say you eat two slices of bread and then a slice of fruit.
The slice of fruit is ready to go straight through the stomach into the intestines, but it is prevented from doing so due to the bread taken before the fruit.
