Why is it that we hardly ever hear the DSS openly calling on South-East youths to join their ranks, and we also don’t see the NNPC complaining that South-Eastern Nigerians are not applying to work with them?

But when it comes to the military, the conversation is always different, there are regular concerns that South-East youths are not showing enough interest in joining.
