“Why do some women seem to conceive a baby boy so easily?” 👀💙
One thing many couples trying to conceive don’t realize is that timing may play a role.
Timing in*******se around ovulation may slightly increase the chances of conceiving a baby boy.
Here’s the simple calculation 👇
Ovulation usually happens 14 days before
your next period.
Example: ✔️ 28-day cycle = Ovulation around Day 14
✔️ 30-day cycle = Ovulation around Day 16
According to the popular Shettles Method:
To try for a baby boy, in*******se is recommended ON ovulation day or very close to it.
Signs you may be ovulating:
✅ Clear stretchy “egg white” discharge
✅ Increased s*x drive
✅ Mild lower tummy pain
✅ Positive ovulation test strip
But remember ❤️
If you have tried this and it didn't still work then you Y--chromosome booster, yes there are things that boost why chromosomes in men. Remember man has x and y chromosomes why women has only x chromosomes, if your x chromosomes are always dominating the y there chance that you might never have a baby boy.
You need to increase it biologically.
Comment Y chromosomes and I will send it to you.

“I got pregnant easily the first time… so why have I been trying for YEARS to have another baby?” 💔
Nobody prepares women for the heartbreak of secondary infertility.
One minute people are asking,
“When is the next baby coming?”
The next minute you’re crying silently after another negative pregnancy test.
And the worst part?
People assume because you already have one child, you shouldn’t be hurting.
But secondary infertility is REAL.
The confusion.
The shame.
The silent comparison.
The fear that your body is no longer working the same way.
To every TTC mama struggling to conceive again:
You are not alone, and you are not being dramatic for wanting another child. ❤️
Sometimes the issue may be hormonal imbalance, stress, fibroids, ovulation problems, infections, age-related changes, or even male fertility factors.
Please don’t suffer in silence.
There is hope, support, and help available.
Your next testimony could still happen. 🌸

Today is International Day of the Midwife… and I almost didn’t post.
Not because I forgot.
But because sometimes, the weight of what we do is hard to put into words.
Being a midwife is not just a profession.
It’s standing in the space between fear and hope…
It’s holding a woman’s hand while she questions her strength—
and reminding her that her body was designed for this moment.
I have seen pain.
I have seen tears.
I have seen strength that leaves you speechless.
And I have also witnessed something sacred—
the very first cry of life.
There are days you go home exhausted.
Days you replay moments in your head.
Days you wonder if you did enough.
But then… there are days a mother smiles at you with gratitude in her eyes.
Days a newborn wraps their tiny fingers around yours.
Days that remind you: this is purpose.
To every midwife out there showing up—tired, strong, human—
I see you. I celebrate you. I honour you.
And to the women who trust us in their most vulnerable moments—
thank you for letting us be part of your story.
Happy International Day of the Midwife 💙
Today, I celebrate the calling, not just the career.

Triple the blessing,
triple the joy! 💕✨
Congratulations to this beautiful mama on the arrival of her triplets! What a powerful reminder that miracles still happen — sometimes even bigger than we imagine.
To every woman on this journey of trying to conceive (TTC), I want you to hold onto hope. Your story is not over. Your testimony is coming. This year, you will have your own reason to celebrate. 🤍
But while we believe, we also prepare our bodies the right way.
What you eat plays a huge role in your fertility, hormone balance, and overall reproductive health. Nourishing your body with the right foods can support ovulation, improve egg quality, and create a healthy environment for conception.
That’s exactly why I created my Pregnancy Food Plans — designed specifically to help women:
✔️ Boost fertility naturally
✔️ Balance hormones
✔️ Prepare the body for a healthy pregnancy
Your miracle might be closer than you think… let’s get your body ready for it.

“Nobody warned me about this after childbirth…” 😭
You pushed a whole baby out…
But now, you’re scared to push this one thing again.
Postpartum constipation is REAL.
And for many women, it’s even more painful than labor recovery itself 💔
Let’s talk about it 👇🏽
After delivery, your body goes through a lot:
Hormonal changes
• Fear of tearing stitches
• Pain medications slowing your bowels
• Dehydration + low fiber intake
So yes… that first p**p?
It can feel like a second childbirth. 😩
But here’s what you can do to make it easier 👇🏽
Simple relief tips:
✔ Drink warm water first thing in the morning before you eat anything else
✔ Eat fiber-rich foods (oats, vegetables, fruits like guava, eat lots of it, it will help you a lot.)
✔ Add natural stool softeners like pap (akamu), prunes, or ripe pawpaw
✔ Don’t ignore the urge to go to the toilet (this makes it worse!)
✔ Sit in warm water (sitz bath) to relax your muscles
✔ Move your body gently (even short walks help)
Please don’t strain too hard — especially if you had stitches.
And mama…
You are not weak for struggling with this.
Your body is healing. Give it grace ❤️
If it lasts more than a few days or becomes very painful, please see a healthcare provider.
Let’s normalize this conversation 👇🏽
Did you experience postpartum constipation?

Somebody needs to hear this…
“2 minutes manhood” is NOT just a food problem.... You have been lied to.
Yes, I said it.
Because I’ve seen too many men wasting money on: Agbo
Random supplements
“Drink this, soak this, boil this”
…thinking food alone will fix everything.
Let me tell you the truth 👇
That “2 minutes” issue (premature ej*******on) is deeper than what you eat.
Sometimes, it’s: 👉 Performance anxiety
👉 Stress and overthinking
👉 Hormonal imbalance
👉 Even past s*xual habits your body has gotten used to
So while you’re busy drinking concoctions… your mind is still racing, your body is still tense, and nothing is really changing.
Now don’t get me wrong—
Food and lifestyle DO matter.
Eating right, exercising, sleeping well… they can improve stamina.
But they are not magic.
You cannot out-eat:
❌ Anxiety
❌ Poor control
❌ Wrong s*xual patterns
Real solution?
✔️ Train your body (yes, control can be learned)
✔️ Fix your mental state
✔️ Improve your lifestyle
✔️ Seek proper medical help if needed
Stop looking for one miracle drink.
Start working on the real cause.
Because until you fix that… you’ll keep lasting 2 minutes—no matter what you eat.
If this opened your eyes, share it. Someone out there is silently struggling.
💬 Let’s talk in the comments—no shame here.

“For 15 years, I blamed my wife…”
For 15 years, everybody blamed my wife.
Her family almost turned against her.
My family called her names.
People whispered behind her back.
“Maybe she is barren.”
“Maybe she is the problem.”
“Why has she not given birth yet?”
Because where I come from…
nothing is ever wrong with the man.
If there is no pregnancy, it’s the woman.
If it’s only girls, it’s the woman.
If there is delay, it’s the woman.
No one asked about me.
No one questioned me.
Not once.
Until we finally looked deeper.
And what we found changed everything.
I realized something painful…
Sometimes, the loudest blame is placed on the wrong person.
Not because people are wicked…
but because of what we’ve been taught to believe.
Today, I’m not writing this to shame anyone.
I’m writing it because silence destroys families.
I'm writing because OLIGOS***MIA is not well talked enough in this part of the world
And because there are conversations we need to start having.
After I was diagnosed of OLIGOS***MIA (LOW S***M COUNT),
I felt my world is about to end,
Everything first blur for my eyes,
I lost weight over night because I couldn't sleep.
Then my Wife consoled me,
First thing she said was " at least we are sure of what we are treating now"
She quickly called her nurse and narrated everything to her,
Nurse Faith asked to see the test result, my wife sent it immediately, after few seconds she called back and told me my wife not to worry, that it is what food can correct easily,
Then she placed me on a diet with foods we are already familiar with but now in different modification and style.
6 months into the food plan, my wife fell ill,
I took her to the hospital and the Dr confirmed her two months pregnant, today i am a proud father of 3 children 2 boys and 1 girl.

Any time your period is about to come…
Your v-jay starts itching…
Then that whitish discharge shows up — thick, like clustered liquid milk.
No smell.
No pain.
So you ignore it.
It’s been happening for 3 months now… and you assume it’s “normal.”
Cynthia… listen carefully.
That is NOT something to brush off.
Your body is trying to communicate.
And while this can sometimes be linked to hormonal changes around your cycle, it can also be a sign of things like yeast imbalance or irritation that needs attention.
Now let’s talk REAL help — simple things you can start doing at home:
✨ 1. Keep it clean & dry (but gentle!)
Wash with clean water only or mild unscented soap. No harsh soaps inside.
✨ 2. Stop anything that disrupts your pH
Avoid douching, scented wipes, vaginal sprays — they often make it worse.
✨ 3. Wear breathable cotton underwear
Tight synthetic panties trap moisture and feed irritation.
✨ 4. Cut down excess sugar
Sugar can encourage yeast imbalance in some people.
✨ 5. Add probiotics (food or supplements)
Yogurt, kefir, or probiotic-rich foods can help support healthy balance.
✨ 6. Change underwear twice daily if you’re sweating or discharging more
Freshness matters more than we admit.
BUT let’s be honest…
If this keeps happening every single month for 3+ months, don’t self-diagnose forever.
It’s important to see a healthcare professional to rule out infection and get proper treatment.
Your body is not attacking you — it’s asking for help.
Listen early. Treat it early.
If this has ever happened to you, drop a ❤️ or “ME” — let’s talk about it openly.

If you always notice migraines few days before your period, your body might be trying to tell you something.
Some women experience this due to hormonal shifts, which can sometimes be linked to low levels of key nutrients like calcium and vitamin D.
Here’s a simple natural support you can try:
Take 4 tablespoons of sesame (benny) seeds
Soak them with a few dates for about 4 hours
Blend and drink every morning
Start this one week before your next period
Sesame seeds are rich in calcium and healthy fats, while dates provide natural energy and minerals your body needs during this phase.
Many women find that nourishing the body this way helps reduce the intensity of premenstrual symptoms including headaches.
Listen to your body. Support it gently.

One of my IVF patients then became fibrotic, like every part of her body has fibrosis. We ended up giving her injections on the arm.
