THE LAB RESULT FRUSTRATION
"Your tests say you're fine, but your body disagrees."
She sat across from her doctor holding a folder full of test results.
Everything looked normal.
No alarming numbers.
No major red flags.
No obvious explanation.
The doctor smiled and said, "Your results look good."
She should have felt relieved.
Instead, she felt confused.
Because her body was telling a different story.
She was exhausted most days.
Not the kind of tiredness that disappears after a good night's sleep.
The kind that follows you from morning until bedtime.
She struggled to focus.
Simple tasks felt harder than they used to.
Her motivation was fading.
Yet every test seemed to suggest that nothing was wrong.

A QUESTION THAT STOPS SCROLLERS
"If your body could talk, what would it complain about today?"
I asked this question during a conversation recently.
The answers were revealing.
One person said, "I'd complain about not getting enough sleep."
Another laughed and said, "Too much stress and not enough rest."
Someone else quietly admitted, "I've ignored my health for years."
That got me thinking.
Our bodies speak to us every day.
Not with words.
But through signals.
Persistent fatigue.
Brain fog.
Joint discomfort.
Poor sleep.
Low energy.
Frequent headaches.
The problem is that many of us have become so used to these signals that we call them normal.
We tell ourselves:
"It's just age."
"It's part of being busy."
"I'll deal with it later."
But what if your body is not trying to make life difficult?
What if it's simply asking for help?
A healthy body often whispers before it shouts.
The earlier we listen, the better our chances of supporting it before small issues become bigger ones.
