To brighten your underarms, these tips are recommended. ✅

• Change your brand of deodorant/antiperspirant. Some people switch to a natural alternative such as baking soda or apple cider vinegar. Some people stop using a deodorant altogether.

• Stop shaving. Some people select waxing or laser hair removal instead.

• Exfoliate. Many people use a body scrub or a facial exfoliator two to three times a week.

• Wear loose-fitting clothes.

Remember when you were younger, like your early to mid teens? Your underarm (or armpit like we call it 😁), was the same shade as most parts of your skin. Then adulting happened and oh well...

Darker underarm skin can be quite embarrassing. For some of us, it keeps us from wearing sleeveless outfits confidently.

Common causes include:

• Some deodorants and antiperspirants.
• Shaving (irritation and abrasion)
• Dead skin cell accumulation (lack of exfoliation)
• Hyperpigmentation (increased melanin)
• Melasma (dark patches on skin)
• Friction (tight clothes)

Using soap on your face is one of the causes of skin rapid aging increased aging signs on your skin.

Have you noticed that after washing your face with soap anytime, your facial skin tends to be so dry and after some time, you will notice oil on your face?

Our skin has oil mantle it produces to keep the face protected, moisturized and hydrated. Soap tampers with that mantle which causes our face to go dry the moment you finish washing your face with soap

When our facial skin goes dry like that, Our skin will try to produce even more oil to keep the face protected and you end up breaking out due to excessive oil and that's one of the things that causes consistent pimples on your face more matter how much you treat it

When our skin goes dry, it causes premature wrinkles and brings about aging signs on the skin

The chemical in the soap is what causes the skin to react that way. No matter how mild a soap is, it must an atom of chemical in it to enable it foam

It doesn't react on our body because the skin on our body is thicker than that of the face

Your body is always protected unlike your face which is always exposed to the sun

It is advisable you use either a cleanser or a toner to was your face. It doesn't foam yet keep your face clean and retain the natural oil on your skin

Now some cleansers have milk while some have gel so always take note of the one you are using.

If it's a cleansing gel, it is compulsory you wash it off but if it's cleansing milk, you can wash it off if you want or you use water to wash your face then use a cotton pad with the cleansing milk to cleanse your face
