EGG ROLL 2 (double leavening method)

Ingredients
4 cups of flour
10 eggs (boiled egg)
1/4 cup of sugar
Vegetable oil for frying
1 teaspoon milk flavor
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
5 tablespoons butter
Pinch of salt
1 teaspoon yeast
1 tablespoon powder milk

Procedure
Boil eggs hard and remove shells, keep aside for later use

Pour yeast in warm water along with some sugar and keep aside to activate yeast for 5 minutes. Though you can add the yeast directly into dry ingredient mixture if you are sure the yeast is active.

In another bowl, mix all dry ingredient together
Create a well in the flour mixture and pour yeast mixture, lukewarm water as needed and mix thoroughly to have fine dough.

Keep dough to rise for about 30 minutes

Use your hand to cut mixture to coat the already boiled egg

Fry until golden brown.
Drain out the oil and serve.
