DON’T PLAY WITH FIRE 🔥
I know right 🤷🏾‍♀️ play with fire was exactly what I did. Let’s just say it was worth it last last….

This shoot thought me resilience. I was so determined to get it done. I wasn’t going to stop until I had done it 😢…

As believers we should be resilient about our assignment to we see it done. And while at it we make sure we burn daily…

In the course of my play tho a few things happened….
I broke my phone….
Used a whole match box….
Burnt myself only a bit tho…
Omo the heat from the fire, the smoke I inhaled and the smoke that went into my eyes 🤦🏾‍♀️…
I also burnt the whole newspaper…

But the good news is that I finally got what I wanted (my pictures and video)….

What I used to achieve this look;
On my lips I have the and then I added eyeshadow from my x palette
Foundation
Powder
Blush “16 color palette”
And on my eyes I used my “24hrs lip gloss” along with “cute AF eyeshadow palette”
Then I cut an old false lash into bits
Highlighter “6color palette spotlight highlight”

HAPPY NEW MONTH.
And just as church called the month HEAT CHECK I’m paying more attention to my spiritual growth and form.
I had done this shoot a while back. I don’t even know why I’m just putting it out now. I got the idea for the frame behind me from a picture I saw and since I had books, I decided to recreate mine. I couldn’t even use all my books when this one was already about to fall. I just took the pictures quickly. I like how it turned out at the end.

I never got the chance to complete this. I didn’t just have a way or the words to pen down what was in my head. Looking and reading it again, I see that there’s no need for more words. It’s just two lines but yet holds so much. And this is just enough…..

Sometimes we don’t feel like we are enough. Sometimes we feel like we are not up to the standard (whose standard? I dunno 🤷🏾‍♀️) and we beat ourselves up and put pressure on ourselves. The truth is we are enough. You are enough. You are right where God wants you. Live in God’s standard for you. You’ll see that you have it figured out 😘
