People in Gaza starving, sick and dying as aid blockade continues 14/05/2025

🚨 One of the world’s worst hunger crises is unfolding in real time.

Because of the ongoing blockade, the entire 2.1 million population of Gaza is facing prolonged food shortages.

💔 The situation of hunger, acute malnutrition, starvation, illness and death is catastrophic.

🌀 People in Gaza are trapped in a dangerous cycle where malnutrition and disease fuel each other, turning everyday illness into a potential death sentence, particularly for children.

Malnutrition weakens the bodies, making it harder to heal from injuries and fight off common communicable diseases like:

🔹 Diarrhoea
🔹 Pneumonia
🔹 Measles

Since the aid blockade began on 2 March 2025:

👶🏽 57 children have reportedly died from the effects of malnutrition, but the number is likely to be an underestimate and is likely to increase.

🤰🏽 Pregnant and breastfeeding mothers are also at high risk of malnutrition, with nearly 17 000 expected to require treatment for acute malnutrition over the next eleven months.

People are dying while WHO and partners’ life-saving medical supplies sit just outside Gaza – ready for deployment, with safeguards in place to ensure the aid reaches those who need it most in line with humanitarian principles.

‼️ WHO calls for the protection of health care and for an immediate end to the aid blockade, release of all hostages, and for a ceasefire, which leads to lasting peace.

HOW TO UNLOCK YOUR INNER BOLDNESS AND THRIVE AS A WOMAN

1. Boldness is Already in You , Wake Her Up!

You’re not becoming bold, you already are.

You’ve just been hiding the real you to please people who don’t even matter.

You keep saying, “I’m shy,” “I’m not ready,” “I don’t want to offend anyone.”

But deep down, you know you’re called for more.

You’ve got ideasbut fear has caged your voice.

It’s time to wake the lioness inside you.

2. Fear Will Keep You Broke, Silent, and Invisible

Let’s not sugarcoat it.

Fear will cost you opportunities.

Fear will make you shrink in rooms you should be dominating.

Fear will stop you from posting that content, launching that offer, asking for what you’re worth and thriving as the woman you’re meant to be.

I was once like that too.

Silent. Scared. Second-guessing myself.

But I realized that nobody hands confidence to you on a golden tray.

You step into it. One bold action at a time.

3. Boldness is Not Noise

Being bold doesn’t mean being loud.

It means living out your calling.

Boldness is Speaking when it’s easier to stay quiet.

Showing up even when the likes are low.

Selling your offer even when you feel nervous.

Saying “no” when your soul says no.

4. Start Before You’re Ready

You need to stop overthinking and start doing.

Every bold move you make is a seed and bold women harvest big.

5. Bold women don’t beg for attention.

They attract it.

Like hot akara wey fresh from fire, customers dey rush them.

Why? Because they’re not afraid to show who they are and what they carry.

You too can be that woman.

What’s One Bold Move You’ll Make This Month? Go ahead!

Because your next level is on the other side of that one bold step.
