Glowing skin is not changing from black to white, it simply means that you have an healthy skin in your natural complexion, you can glow in your dark color and fair color.
And when battling with skin issues it better to get a good recommendation than to just go into the market and start buying tubes, it can cause more harm.
Exfoliate twice a week using a good scrub is good for skin and always use an SPF when going out, it prevent your skin from sun damage.
