I'll be sharing tips from time to time on how to take care of our skin,so today, I'll share with you some of the things causing massive breakouts on our faces.

1. Over Exfoliation - To start with,what is Exfoliation? It's a process of removing dead skin cells using a granular substance or exfoliating tool. It is usually recommended to be done at most twice in a week,if should be done more than twice,it is over exfoliating and this makes causes the skin to become more sensitive and therefore cause breakouts.

2. Dirty bedspreads or pillowcases🤔 - Most of our hair products rub off on our pillowcases and bedspreads,our skin recognizes this as dirt's and reacts to it,thereby causing breakouts.

3. Bleaching creams🙅🏾🙅🏾 - These chemical based products makes your skin extra sensitive and therefore gives recurrent acne.

4. Wrong Skincare products😯😯 - We have different types of skin,ranging from oily to dry,sensitive and combination skins. If a product that is made for a dry skinned person is then used by an oily skin person,you won't get a desired result.

5. Using soap on the face🙅🏾🙅🏾 - It strips off the essential natural oils on the face which results in making the face seems so dry or breakouts.Instead use cleansing creams or gels.
