Congratulations to Hilda bassey Effiong for breaking the Guinness world record by cooking for 100hours 40minutes.
This lady is the strongest person I know,after cooking she was on her feet for another 1hour to appreciate her team and everyone that has supported her in one way or the other.
Her actions alone motivate me to be the best in whatever thing I choose to do.

Today let's look at one important topic for Women's Health - Amenorrhea which is the absence of menstrual period.
So let's explore what makes menstrual flow stop and how to manage it 👉
When the level of Estrogen (female reproductive hormone) drops in your body, it affects your menstrual cycle and can lead to irregular or absence of menstrual flow.
This is called hormonal imbalance and can be as a result of:
- Natural causes - Pregnancy, breastfeeding, menopause
