Do we know that drinking water as the first thing in the morning is very beneficial to our health. It's benefits are:
Flushes the stomach
Balances the lymphatic system
Clears waste from the stomach
Thermogenesis
For good mental performance
For the skin
It helps the cardiovascular system
So therefore let always endeavor to drink water every morning before and after eating

Good afternoon ladies and gentlemen.
I would like to discuss Personal hygiene
Personal hygiene is a way of preventing the spread of disease or illness by maintaining proper sanitation, washing and cleaning of the hands , body as awhile and our immediate surroundings.
Personal hygiene also including taking care of our personal belongings like comb, nair cutter, clothes,etc,
Further more, using clean water in all our hygienic process will also promote good and personal hygiene, use of disinfectant ,etc
In conclusion I will advise each and everyone of us to monitor our hygiene to prevent the spread of disease or illness and promote good health

Hi everyone it's been awhile now.
Do we all know that 99%of what we eat affect our body system, eating balanced diet is one of the ways of promoting healthiness, also taking too much of a particular diet might results in conditions like beri beri, kwashiorkor, marasmus, eye deficiency but by taking the right portion in the right order it can be prevented

Do you know that malaria is the world most common illness of adult and children, sign and symptoms include,
high temperature
Fever
Headache, etc
Malaria when not treated can even cause death when d immune system has become totally weak
Prevention of malaria
Use of Antibiotics like ciprofloxacin, Amoxilicin,flagyl,etc.
Use of warm water to bath to prevent feverish condition.
Taking adequate restand enough sleep
