Job Title: Operations Supervisor

Location: Jos, Plateau State, Nigeria

Overview:
De-eden Royal Construction International Ltd is a leading construction company specializing in building materials production and allied services. The company currently has a vacancy for an experienced, hands-on supervisor to oversee and supervise daily operations across its blocks production facility, dumper truck fleet, and water tanker operations.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Supervising daily operations of the blocks production facility (mixing, molding, curing, and packaging) to meet production targets and quality standards.
2. Supervising water tanker operations.
3. Monitoring of dumper trucks and ensuring all daily schedules are met.

Qualifications, Skills, and Competencies
Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree, HND and ND
Skills and Competencies:
- Leadership and people management with the ability to coach and develop teams.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills; ability to give clear instructions and feedback.
