✅Use more oily skincare products this period
✅Apply mild moisturizing products
✅Use lip care products, balms and vesaline
✅Apply your body lotions, oils and butters before your skin completely dries off the water
✅Exfoliate the skin at least 2-3 times a week
✅Take lots of water especially warm to stay very hydrated
✅Take vitamins c and e supplements for keeping the skin supple and healthy
