Many years have passed and Ike, Chii, and Ben haven't gained admission into any university to study their dream courses.

This is the problem of many children today. They want to be doctors, lawyers, bankers e.t.c but most of them don't have what it takes both in brains and money.

This has rendered most of our children secondary school dropouts and some, given courses they have no passion for thereby making them waste time and money.

Becoming a doctor is not a bad dream.
Yes, it's something of honor and dignity. Respect and money will flow into your life like a river if only you know what you're doing. Even lawyers, bankers, and accountants are highly paid and respectable careers.

But the question now is Can I do it?
Do I have what it takes?
Can I finish what I have started?

Career choice is a lifetime companion and one shouldn't make mistakes about it.
People complain of unemployment when they chose to read courses with a large population and few employment availabilities.

There are many rich and lucrative courses to study at the university but some things we neglect hinder us from discovering them.
Some are that we don't even know they exist, while some are tagged to be gender-based while others we look down on because we think that studying it would be a waste of time and money.

I'll be telling you four out of many courses we neglect but can solve our problems of being unemployed and not being able to be admitted into a university.

1. NURSING
People now have this idea that nursing is meant only for the feminine gender.
If a guy wants to be a nurse it sounds awkward right?
But the plain truth is that men can also become nurses. In fact, the demand for male nurses worldwide today is increasing but the problem on the ground is the labor force is lower than the demand.

Many male patients are more relaxed and open-minded to a male nurse than to female nurses this also contributes to the high demand for male nurses worldwide.

Many people don't know what they stand to gain in being a nurse. Such benefits are immeasurable to be sincere.

Both male and female nurses are essential in the medical profession because both parties have crucial roles to play.

So are you still doubting yourself or still thinking of what people will say if you become a nurse?
Search yourself and tell yourself the truth.
Don't worry when that dream becomes reality, people will appreciate your services.

2. ESTATE MANAGEMENT
Popularly known as the agents.
Locally an agent moves from place to place looking for vacant houses and stores and also looks for people in need of such wants.

Don't be fooled, this happens because such people are not educated so they see the work as a roadside hustle.

Meanwhile, an Estate manager is an educated official who manages a given property and gains 25% shares from what the property is worth.

They don't jump from one house to another rather they stay in their offices and work both physically and digitally.

This is a promising career many students ignore because of what the local agents have made it look like.
But come to think of it, isn't it somebody that manages big hotels, government houses, or even private and government estates?

Don't tell me you think all these local agents do such work.
No of course, for it's only an educated person who can handle such big properties and manage them effectively

So my dear you can also swim in that ocean because it can never be occupied no matter the population.

Do you know the most promising part of this career?
It can never run out because the more properties people acquire the more the demands of an estate manager

So hurry now it's never too late the slots are much available.

3. LINGUISTICS
The study of different languages.
At least other than the English language one ought to know and speak another foreign language. This could be French or Chinese and even more.

A linguist is one who learns, studies, and speaks various languages eloquently.
If you're observant enough you will notice that most white men now make a big investment in Nigeria.
So who do you think are their assistants, managers, consultants, and advisors in Nigeria?
A linguist isn't it?

Then why run away from such promising desire and chase big shadows you are very much aware you can't get?

It seems difficult but when you have the passion and belief that there's something special waiting for you out there in the world, believe me, you can make it.

4. FORENSIC SCIENCE
Case studies and investigation.
As it stands in the world today many criminal cases have been recorded both su***de, homicide, theft, and many more.

Are you good at detecting and solving cases?
Well, if yes then this career is for you.
With this, you can help the forces, especially the police force in solving major criminal cases, therefore, earning huge amounts of money with little stress.

This career will make you stand out in society because when people hear that you were the solution to that mysterious case or you are the detective that apprehended the most dangerous serial killer in town they will always respect you even the government isn't an exception.
So you now see the benefits.

Many neglected careers hold profitable solutions to our problems.
I just mentioned a few here to show that they are still many out there that are yet untapped.

Why struggle with difficult courses when simple and very profitable ones are still vacant?

Everyone ought to know their strength and capacity as well as their passion and distraction.

The decision is yours. The time has come to make things right and I assure you that unemployment will be the least of your worries.
