🇳🇬 Troops of the 29 Brigade of Operation HADIN KAI, in collaboration with the CJTF, recorded a major success after arresting a man suspected of recruiting people into the Boko Haram group in Benisheikh, Borno State.
This is a significant step in curbing the spread of terrorism from its roots 💪🔥
🫡 Appreciation to our brave soldiers who risk their lives every day to keep us safe.
❗️But those who lure young people into this dangerous path?
They too must face severe punishment!
👇
What do you think should be done to those who recruit terrorists?

A man who was abdvcted by Bòkò Haram and taken deep into Sambisa Forest during Shekau days has recounted his time in captivity, including close encounters with former commander Abubakar Shekau.

He also claimed that officials from the International Committee of the Red Cross would occasionally bring food supplies into the forest.

Just like the Chief of defence staff said, they know the people sponsoring and supporting these guys for years.

So why is the government not stopping this mess.

Who is benefiting from this t3rror?

CAS MOVES TO REASSURE NATION, DIRECTS FIERCER, SMARTER AIR OPERATIONS TO CRUSH TERRORISTS

The Chief of the Air Staff (CAS), Air Marshal Sunday Kelvin Aneke, has reassured Nigerians of the Nigerian Air Force’s (NAF) unwavering determination to intensify air operations and confront terrorist threats with renewed force and precision. Amid heightened national security concerns, the CAS described the moment as a call for unity and resilience, declaring, “We will go all out against them,” and emphasising that airpower remains “fully engaged, fully committed, and fully determined to dominate the battlespace and neutralise terrorist threats wherever they emerge.” During his operational visit to NAF Base Maiduguri on 17 November 2025, he announced strengthened synergy with ground forces, expanded intelligence-driven missions, and widened precision-strike operations across theatres to deny terrorists any freedom of action.

During the visit, the Air Officer Commanding Tactical Air Command (AOC TAC), Air Vice Marshal Paul Obeya, reiterated the readiness of troops to implement the CAS’ strategic direction, highlighting improved intelligence, tighter coordination with land forces, and enhanced rapid-response strike capability. The Air Component Commander of Operation HADIN KAI, Air Commodore MB Ahmed, also delivered a detailed briefing on tasking, recent strike outcomes, ISR coverage, and ongoing interdiction efforts. Addressing frontline personnel, the CAS commended the “resilience, courage, and professionalism” of the Air Component and the 105 Composite Group, describing them as “a driving force in our fight against insurgency and terrorism.” He reaffirmed the centrality of air operations in degrading terrorist networks and stated, “We must stay on the offensive and keep taking the fight to the enemy from the air. The nation sees your sacrifices… and stands behind you.”

The Islamic State West Africa Province (ISWAP) has released a gory and inhumane video showing how they ambushed Nigerian soldiers, killed an entire military squad, and captured a Nigerian Army general. From the video, their weapons appear to be more sophisticated than those of the Nigerian Army.

Meanwhile, Gumi is still walking free, defending Boko Haram and ISWAP, granting interviews, advising the Nigerian government to keep incorporating terrorists into the army in the name of “repentance,” and inciting the northern public against the proposed American military intervention.

Nigeria, confronted with growing drone threats, has turned to a Lithuanian-made solution called the EDM4S SkyWiper.

This portable electronic warfare device, created by NT Service UAB in Kaunas, Lithuania, was first shown in 2019 at a security expo in London. It works by detecting drones and jamming their telemetry, navigation, control, and data links. The system bundles the EDM4S anti-aircraft jammer with the WINGMAN detector, offering a full package to counter small and medium-sized drones.

For the Nigerian Army, the EDM4S is an easy-to-use “point-and-shoot” gadget. When aimed at a drone, it emits an electromagnetic pulse that cuts off the drone’s communication signals. Depending on the drone’s design, this can lead to it crashing, returning to base, or landing on its own. With an effective range of up to 5 kilometers, it’s ideal for protecting sensitive sites and aiding military actions in different terrains.

NAF AIR OPERATIONS DRIVE UP OIL OUTPUT, CURB ECONOMIC SABOTAGE IN THE NIGER DELTA

The Nigerian Air Force (NAF), through the Air Component of Operation DELTA SAFE (AC OPDS), has intensified efforts to safeguard the nation’s energy infrastructure, in line with the directive of the Chief of the Air Staff, Air Marshal Hasan Bala Abubakar. Operating from the 115 Special Operations Group in Port Harcourt, daily sorties have denied saboteurs access to pipelines, illegal refineries and logistics hubs, significantly reducing economic sabotage in the Niger Delta.

Between May and August 2025, sustained Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR), Armed Reconnaissance and Pipeline Patrol missions across Ondo, Edo, Delta, Bayelsa, Rivers, Akwa Ibom and Cross River states resulted in the destruction of dozens of illegal refining facilities, militant camps, cooking tanks and reservoirs. These proactive air operations have not only degraded criminal capacity but also reinforced deterrence, making oil theft riskier and less profitable for saboteurs.

These security gains have coincided with a measurable rebound in oil output. In July 2025, national production averaged 1.71 million barrels per day, including condensates, with crude oil alone at 1.51 million barrels per day. Mission records between May and July detail 117 missions, 189 sorties and 192 flight hours, consuming over 60,000 litres of Jet A-1 fuel and dismantling critical illegal refining infrastructure. The NAF reaffirms its commitment to sustaining these gains, stabilising the Niger Delta and ensuring that Nigeria’s oil lifelines remain secure.
