MAJIDADI IS THE NEWLY APPOINTED NATIONAL DIRECTOR GENERAL OF TPI APC

The Progressive Institute (TPI) is an initiative launched by Abdullahi Umar Ganduje, the National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC), with the goal of establishing a think tank for the party. The institute aims to promote ideology, inclusivity, and grassroots engagement within the party.

The institution is in collaboration with the government to develop appropriate policies conducive to democracy and also to enlighten APC members, even members of the public in Nigeria, on the doctrine of democracy, on the issues of internal democracy, issue of avoiding hate speeches, and also issues of abiding by the rules of the law pertaining to election and other processes.

Here are some key aspects of The Progressive Institute (TPI):

∆ Electronic Membership Registration: TPI plans to implement an electronic membership registration system to streamline the party's membership database and improve planning and coordination efforts.
∆ Grassroots Engagement: The institute aims to strengthen the party's presence at the grassroots level by activating and revitalizing party structures at the ward level .
∆ Think Tank: TPI is envisioned as a world-class think tank that will provide a platform for ideological discussion, research, and policy development within the party .
∆ Leadership: Abdullahi Umar Ganduje, the National Chairman of APC, is the driving force behind TPI, bringing his leadership experience and vision to the initiative. And now, the Institute has a new Director General, Malam Muhd Sanusi Said Kiru who was the former Commissioner of Education in Kano State during Governor Ganduje's regime.
