The Face Lift nobody talks about. Confidence from consistency 😌 is second to none 🤩🤩.

Same daily routine, but this time, against all odds, I stayed true to my workouts even if it's twice a week. It's quality over quantity for me.

No strict diet /any diet plan at all sef. Just portion control and being mindful of what I eat. I prioritized protein (Eggs, meat fish, anyone that comes by) in my meals.

Added running to my workout routine, which has helped me build endurance, and I intentionally moved more - walking instead of taking a bike for nearby errands.
