Hi family,it's been ages since I posted ...and I gave missed you all so much .
So when I was young, the vegetable especially Ugu leaves used to be super soft . Once you add it to your soup ,you take down the soup immediately because it softens pronto . However these days....it's quite the opposite what we get in the market comes so hard and tough .... What is the issue .....too much fertilizer.
A few days ago ...I bought this bunch of Ugu leaves from a farm ..... And I couldn't believe my eyes. They were super soft like the vegetable we used to eat back in the day .
Is their any benefits........hian you dey ask ? Of course.

When last did you eat real organic vegetables?
